  • Non-Performance of Services: If Framix fails to deliver the agreed-upon services outlined in the initial proposal or contract, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis. In such cases, a partial refund or credit toward future services may be provided, depending on the circumstances.

  • Mutual Agreement: Within 14 days of the project start, if both parties agree that the delivered work does not align with the agreed scope, we will collaborate to resolve the issue. If no resolution is found, a partial refund may be issued for the unfulfilled portion of the project.

2. Service-Specific Refund Conditions

Certain services have unique refund conditions due to their nature:

  • Ad Campaign Management (Google Ads, Meta Ads): Refunds are not available for advertising budgets or campaign management fees, as ad spends are paid directly to third-party platforms. However, if you are unsatisfied with performance, our team will adjust and optimize your campaigns for improved results.

  • SEO Services: Since SEO is a long-term process influenced by search algorithms and market factors, we do not offer refunds for SEO services. Our commitment remains to continuous improvement and performance monitoring.

  • Content Marketing: Once content has been created and delivered, it is considered a completed service. Refunds are not issued after delivery or publication, though reasonable revisions may be made to align with the original brief.

3. Cancellation of Services

If you wish to cancel a service after work has started, the following terms apply:

  • Before Service Delivery: If you cancel before the project is delivered, a refund may be issued for the unused portion, minus any administrative or setup costs.

  • After Service Delivery: Refunds are not available once a service is delivered or a campaign has launched. However, we are always open to making necessary improvements to meet your goals.

4. Dispute Resolution

Framix values fairness and professionalism in resolving disputes. If you have concerns about a service, please contact us directly so we can address them promptly. We’ll work collaboratively to find a fair solution.

If a mutual resolution cannot be achieved, we will follow the dispute resolution terms outlined in your signed agreement.

Framix reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Any revisions will be communicated in writing, and the updated policy will apply to future contracts and projects.
