To make payments simple and secure, Framix offers multiple payment options and ensures all transactions are processed safely. Please review the details below for our accepted methods and policies.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
Credit/Debit Cards: We accept all major cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Bank Transfers: You can make payments directly to our bank account. Contact us at gangesh@framix.in for bank details.
UPI Payments: UPI (Unified Payments Interface) is available for quick and convenient mobile payments within India.
Digital Wallets: We accept Paytm, Google Pay, and PhonePe for seamless digital payments.
2. Payment Terms
Upfront Payment: Full or partial payment is usually required before a project begins to reserve our time and resources.
Recurring Payments: For ongoing services, payments may be due on a regular basis (monthly, quarterly, etc.). The billing schedule will be shared at the start of the engagement.
Late Payment: Payments must be made on time. Delays may lead to project pauses or service suspensions until payment is received.
3. Security and Data Privacy
We take your financial security seriously. Framix uses encrypted and secure payment gateways to protect all transactions. We do not store sensitive payment information, such as card numbers, on our servers. All payment data is processed through trusted third-party providers that comply with strict industry security standards.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
